Welcome to BBFF!

I started freelancing as a side hustle in 2016 building websites and managing social media accounts for local businesses. Over the years, my passion for marketing, automation, and helping small business owners grow led to the creation of a full-scale web and marketing agency.

Today, we support dozens of local businesses with AI-powered websites, lead generation, loyalty programs, and hands-off automation that frees up business owners' time and drives real results!

Kind Words

Our Journey So Far

2016-2017

Rachel started freelancing while working full-time at a government office in Vancouver, BC.
Her services were website edits, content creation, copywriting, VoiceOver, translation, and various custom marketing/admin projects. She served UBC, Bob’s Repair, UKare, Tennis Foundation and so on.

2017-2018

Rachel left Canada and ran her freelance business while travelling in SE Asia.
During this time, she branded her business as Kind Success and focused on marketing projects. Kind Success served small to large companies around the world such as Bayer, The Economist, Marketing4Restaurants, HotelsPro, HMHShip, Aureas Media, and so on.

2018-2020

Rachel returned to Canada and Kind Success continued providing marketing services.
Kind Success served Aucerna and InOrbis in Calgary, GrandCru Imports in Vancouver, 2 Tigers Publishing and Moving Mountain in the USA, and e-commerce brands around the world.

2020-2022

Kind Success lost all retainer contracts in the heat of COVID and Rachel pivoted her way through. She founded a lash brand and a coaching business, just to return to her true passion and strength: marketing

2022-Now

Rachel rebranded her business as MyBBFF and only focused on building websites and sales funnels.
BBFF started out with selling website and funnel templates and grew into building custom AI powered systems. We served various local businesses and personal brands in Canada, USA, and beyond.
